You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.


Pricing Policy:

- All prices stated on our Website are in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars.

- For international customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.


Products Policy:

- All items listed on the Website are brand new with tags.

- We have made every effort to display accurately the color of the products depicted on this Website. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual colours displayed on your monitor are accurate.

Exchange/Return Policy:

- Catwalkclose does not have a Refund or Return policy.

- An exchange will be provided for if the item sent to you is incorrect or defected.

- Catwalkclose must be notified of an exchange within 14 days from date of invoice.

- All items to be returned must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including but not limited to fragrances, detergent, perfume) in their original packaging with tags attached. If our exchange requirements are not met, the exchange will be rejected and postage costs will not be reimbursed.

- Measurement discrepancy of 0.5" - 1", colour discrepancy and items damaged as a result or normal wear and tear do not constitute as a defect. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that Catwalkclose can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

- Catwalkclose will not be held liable for merchandise purchased from other source(s) other than this Website.

- Sale items and items purchased on offer are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

- All exchanges are final and further requests of exchanges will be declined.


Exchange Policy (In the event of an item's defect or an incorrect item):

- Catwalkclose must be notified of an item's defect or an incorrect item in your order within 14 days from the date of invoice. Once this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. Detailed instructions will be given to you to mail the item back to us. Should Catwalkclose not receive the item within the next 7 days, the exchange will be considered invalid.

- Postage charges will be reimbursed in the form of a credit voucher when we have received your package. The cost of envelopes will not be refunded, thus you may wish to reuse our envelope if you are uncomfortable with using your own.

- Catwalkclose will replace the product for you in the same color and size, subject to availability. Requests for an exchange to a different colour, different item, or an item on backorder will be declined. In the event that the item you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher will be issued instead. No cash refunds will be made in any case.


Exchange Policy (Sizes):

- Catwalkclose must be notified within 14 days from date of invoice. Once this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.

- If you have purchased a incorrect size, Catwalkclose is able to provide an exchange to the correct size in the same colour if the item is available in stock.

- Size exchange is only applicable to instock items. Requests for an exchange to a different colour, different item, or an item on backorder will be declined.

- Should the item be sold out in your desired colour and size, Catwalkclose will not be able to do an exchange. Please pay close attention to the measurements provided to ensure that you purchase the correct size.

- The item to be returned for a size exchange has to be mailed to us within 2 days after being given mailing details via registered postage.

- You will be required to top up the postage charges for Catwalkclose to send you the exchange piece. Kindly note that the postage charges will be charged according to the weight of the item and there will be no reimbursement of postage charges.

- All exchanges will only be handled by way of mailing.

- Size exchange is only applicable for regular-priced items. Items purchased on sale, or with a discount voucher will not be applicable for a size exchange.


Credit/Discount Vouchers Policy:

- All discount vouchers you possess have to be utilized in the shopping bag before checking out.

- There will be no refund or reimbursement made if you fail to utilize your voucher.

- In the event that your discount or credit voucher is utilized but your order is unpaid for and cancelled, there will be no replacement voucher issued.

- Vouchers are non-extendable, non-transferable and non-exchangable for cash.

- Please note that local normal mails are not insured and Catwalkclose will not be able to track their status once they are mailed out.

- Catwalkclose will not be responsible should the package get damaged or go missing in the process of delivery. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail.
