To place an order from Catwalkclose.com, you will need to register an account with us here. By setting up an account with us, your details will be saved for your convenience. You may also track your past orders as well as opt to receive benefits such as weekly newsletter updates, exclusive discounts and special offers.
You can sign up for an account right now or you can start shopping first before setting up an account when you check out, entirely up to your own preference.
Once you’ve decided on the item(s) you will like to purchase, select the colour/size (if applicable) and quantity. Then click on “Add to Bag" and proceed to checkout. Please note that your order in your shopping bag is not secured till you have completed the check out process.

Payment details will be sent to your e-mail address provided by you after completing the checkout process. Please update your payment details in the link provided in the email titled 'Awaiting iBanking/ATM Transfer'.
For customer(s) who wish to do an interbank transfer from other banks such as OCBC/Standard Chartered/CitiBank, please note that your payment will take 3 working days to be verified.
Payments made via Paypal are verified instantly.
All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.
Combined postage is allowed for separate orders if your item is currently not being prepared to be delivered. Please inform us as soon as you can if you would like to combine your orders.

Unless otherwise stated, local normal postage charges start from $1.50, depending on the weight of the parcel.
Local registered postage charges are an additional $2.24 per parcel on top on local normal postage charges and is trackable on the website of Singpost.
Please note that local normal mails are not insured and Catwalkclose will not be able to track their status once they are mailed out. Catwalkclose will not be responsible should the package get damaged or go missing in the process of delivery. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail.
If you are an overseas buyer, please add your desired items to your shopping cart to check the tentative shipping cost to your country. Please also note that should there be any postage promotion for "Free Registered Postage above S$100" locally, the shipping charge will not be reflected accurately in your shopping bag if it contains items more than S$100.
